In a game between Free State Stars and Platinum Stars, the two South African players showed that Pogba has competition when it comes to performing the dab dance move.
The two South African players took the dab “craze” to new heights by performing the move mid-match.
Ndlovu and Mmodi, who both play for Free State Stars in the Premier Soccer League (PSL), had helped their side gain a 3-2 lead over Platinum Stars, after which the duo decided to give showboating a new meaning by bringing the dab into play.
The footballers, playing in the PSL reserve league match, took their turns to hold onto possession before performing Pogba's trademark move.
Fortunately for the duo, Free State Stars went on to win the match but the tie will be remembered for Ndlovu and Mmodi's mid-match dab.
The dab has become a prominent goal celebration in football this season with the likes of Pogba, Jesse Lingard and most recently Firmino all showing off their skills.
