An Oredo magistrates’ court in Benin has ordered the arrest of two men, Paul Frank and Ejimofor Christian, for allegedly engaging in unlawful sexual act.

The Prosecutor in charge, O.A. Enebabor, told the court that the accused committed the offences between December 14 and December 17, at Boundary Road, Benin.

He said the first accused also stole a N25,000 Techno Y6 phone belonging to a man identified as, Solomon Shaibu.

Chief magistrates, M.C. Ojobo, who ordered the arrest of the duo said their bail application would be considered on the next adjourned date, January 4, 2017. The pair pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.

The duo face charges bordering on conspiracy, unlawful carnal knowledge and stealing.
