As they walked to the school, they noticed that another girl had just been brought in. She was quickly attended to and left to get her school uniform, ready to start school. Alice was not that lucky. She was called to the principal's office and asked to submit all the documents of her admission. They were taken away.

After the refund, the principal told the family that there was no vacancy and they should try their luck elsewhere. Dejected and sad, Alice and her parents left the office and carried the metal box, the bucket and her stuff back home.

When the same activist called the school a week later, he was told that there was a vacancy.
