These twins literally saved each other's lives when they were still in their mother's womb by putting their arms around each other and holding hands.
When 27-year-old Hayley Hampshire became pregnant in 2015, she was delighted. However, doctors studied CT scans and gave her some worrying news—her twins shared one amniotic sac.
Because they each had their own umbilical cord, they carried a risk of strangling each other if they moved excessively inside the sac.
Fortunately, the twins appeared to understand this danger and protected each other by holding each other close. They were later born safely.
Although the twins had to stay in hospital for three weeks after being born, they are now healthy and strong.
Hayley says they look out for each other even now, a testament to the strong bonds between them.
