A shocking video footage has emerged showing a school counselor repeatedly kicking a seven-year-old student who suffers from attention deficiency hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), reportedly for running away from class.
In the video, Pamela Smith is seen running after the boy, Jaiden Blue, who had reportedly run away from a special education class because it was "boring."

Pamela then grabs Jaiden and is seen kicking him several times as she dragged him back to the class with the help of another unidentified individual.
The incident occurred at the Pittman Elementary School in Clark County, Missouri, in December 2016, with the footage being made available on Monday this week. The school's authorities sacked Pamela on the same day once the incident came to their attention.

Police have now filed child battery charges against her and are using the CCTV footage as evidence. She had previously denied kicking the boy, contrary to what is seen in the footage.
Jaiden's mother, Hattie Blue, told reporters that the incident caused the young boy trauma and made learning more difficult for him.
