A controversial South African prophet identified as Samuel Mbiza a.k.a Prophet Radebe, is currently under investigations following suspicions that he spent N120 million on the purchase of a Belgian racing pigeon.
The Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural‚ Religious and Linguistic Communities (CRL) started a thorough investigation into the Revelation Church of God and its leader, after he failed to provide necessary information about his church's financial affairs.
According to reports, Mbiza and his accomplice Mark Kitchenbrand, recently purchased a racing pigeon, beating the Chinese syndicate at the auction.

The CRL is claiming that Mbiza is commercializing the religion, however Mbiza himself failed to comment on their accusations.
A CRL spokesperson stated: “We asked the prophet to come to account and produce his qualifications but he flatly refused. We are very much curious to know whether his surname is Mbiza or Radebe."

"It is astonishing to learn that you contacted Dr Radebe's business partner to verify his credentials in an effort to tarnish his character," said Thembi Tulwana, a spokesperson for the Revelation Church of God.
The police are awaiting for the results of the investigation.
