Alleged car thief with fake burn wounds caught in Aba church (photos)

An alleged car thief with fake burn wounds has been nabbed after he went to a church in Aba, pretending that he was involved in a fire accident.

NAIJ.com was stunned to see the story posted by a Facebook user, Rex Ahime, who revealed that the alleged car thief was caught by a doctor who is also a member of his church.

Ahime said the thief came into the church pretending to have been involved in a fire incident when a doctor named Okebugwu Nwankwo called him out and proved that the burn wounds were fake.

The Facebook user said the thief was searched and two stolen vehicle master keys were found on him.

He said: "EVIL IN TOWN BE WISE. Today in our church this young boy came to our church, with a faked fire burn wound pretending He has fire incident, To God glory Dr Okebugwu Nwankwo was in church who prove to us that it is a fake one. When our security men searched him They got 2 vehicle master key with him. Who knows whose car could go today. Be careful about evil in d town."
