Man, 78, enrolls in primary school to promote his banana business (photos, video)

One of the greatest gifts that parents can give to their children is quality education but unfortunately, many parents have failed in their duty to make their children enjoy quality education.

If anyone misses to do that, it will take the grace of God for such a child to meet up with his/her peers. Lack of education causes a lot for children and end up working and earning little or nothing.

BBC News revealed that a 78-year-old man identified as Nyamhanga, who now values the importance of education, has enrolled in a primary school in Tanzania.

They also reported that Nyamhanga Seguta went back to school, so he can learn how to count so help improve the profits of his banana business.

Seguta said: “Even my verbal communication is poor. Instead of taking me to school, my father preferred I stayed at home to raise his cattle. I don’t blame him. However he did put me at an academic disadvantage but so far in school I have learnt how to count and by next year I will be in barter.”

NAIJ.com gathered that Nyamhanga Seguta is the oldest man in Tanzania to enroll into school.
