Nigerians are yet to get over the tweet shared by a young man identified as Ugo. Ugo revealed that his friend had gone for a job interview at Faith Academy and she was asked to show her Winner’s Chapel tithing card.

NAIJ.com gathered that the young man was shaken with the development. Applicants searching for jobs in Nigeria are often subjected to all sorts of things but this is a new one.

Faith Academy is a secondary school owned by Living Faith Church which is also known as Winners Chapel. The job seeker responded to the tweet made by her friend as she shed more light on the issue.

The job seeker goes by the name Cupofcoffee_xo; she confirmed the news by stating what really transpired there. The young lady said if you are not a member of the church and pay tithe there, you do not stand a chance.

It is really sad to know that things have degenerated to that level where religious sanctimony overrules and takes precedence over issues that are general.
