A Ghanaian man, Isaac Adu, has stunned social media users after a video of him dancing Shoki during his graduation went viral.

In the video clip that went viral on Twitter, as soon as Adu was called to the podium he pulled off his academic gown to reveal the Ghanaian attire he wore under.

The University of Illinois graduate was later seen dancing Shoki in his traditional attire with a friend who was also on the podium to collect his certificate.

Legit.ng later came across another video on the new Ghanaian graduate’s Twitter page where he was seen dancing with joy in his attire.

According to Adu, he took off the academic gown because he was already wearing a royal attire.

“Kingship I took my gown off because I was already in royal clothing #Ghana #Royalty.”
