A Facebook user Famutimi Femi has exposed an Uber driver he claimed tried to extort his female friend of money.

After picking up the lady, the Uber driver requested that she makes the trip off the book and told her to pay N10,000 for the trip.

Femi explained that after his friend refused Idoko’s demands, he got angry and started shouting at her.

He said the driver then grabbed her bag and tried to punch her but she immediately wound down the car window and started screaming.

The Facebook user further added that his friend is now traumatized and scared because of the horrible incident.

There has been an increase in the rate at which drivers working for the popular transport service attack customers who patronize the service.
