- The duo hit Kericho on Thursday, June 15, bringing several towns in the county to a standstill

The president of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta, has been on the campaign trail as the country prepares for another round of elections.

In Kericho town, Uhuru caused a frenzy after he allowed a young schoolgirl to address the crowd through the sunroof of his car.

Photos obtained by NAIJ.com show the little girl who was clad in school uniform, standing comfortably next to the president.

Uhuru went ahead to hand the girl the microphone to address the huge crowd gathered to listen to the president.

The incident is similar to another one that occurred in Nyamira county when he toured the region in March.
