A Nigerian lady identified simply as Gbemisola has shown her displeasure about the way things are in Nigeria after she got scammed by another lady on Facebook in a bid to get an ushering job.
The lady who contacted NAIJ.com used the opportunity to warn Nigerian youths so that they do not fall for the same woman. She shared details of the incident stating how she met the lady and what transpired between them.
According to her, she met one Rosemary Ogbenefega on Facebook some days ago. The lady claimed to be an event planner of a company named Afroclip. The lady had gone to tell her that they would be organizing an event soon and would be in need of ushers.
Gbemisola got interested and asked her about the event. There and then, she was told ushers would be paying three thousand naira to get a tag for the event. Eager to be a part of the program, the poor lady paid the said amount.
Things went awry after that as Ogbenefega blocked her immediately she confirmed payment. The lady added a screenshot of her conversation with the lady who scammed her so that other people would not fall into her trap.
