A man has allegedly invoked millipedes on his wife's house after paying N1.8m dowry.
Vanguard reports that the unidentified husband took the bull by the horn and sent forth a protectorate of millipedes to her 32-year-old wife, Esther Asuquo's residence in Ekpene Ikot Effio Anang, Akpabuyo local government area in Cross River, after a disagreement.

The man reportedly had issues with Asuquo, who ran for her dear life, but instead of amicably settling the issue, he reported her to a militant group and demanded a refund of the N1.8m he spent on her dowry. The militant group, however, ruled against him.
Not satisfied, he contracted a native doctor to arm-twist her by invoking millipedes on her house. Now, the people of Ekpene Ikot Effio Enang, through their acting village head, Mr. Edem Edet, have made up their minds to banish the husband, a non-indigene, from the town.
Lol, nawa oh!
